Scout is a personal assistant to help you keep track of events, and manage your schedule. You can use Scout via SMS/MMS or other supported channels.
By using Scout services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Message Frequency
The frequency of messages from Scout will depend on your interactions and the services you request, but will roughly correspond to the frequency with which you send messages to Scout. You may receive responses to messages you send, event reminders, updates, and other relevant information.

Usage Limits
Scout implements dynamic usage limits based on the available funding and overall usage of the service. Scout may limit or block your usage of the service if you reach the current limit, or for system maintenance.
You agree not to use Scout for things outside the intended scope of the service. Scout can choose to deactivate your account and/or block your number at any time if we believe you have violated the intent of these terms.
Voluntary contributions do not grant guaranteed uptime or permanent access.
Limitation of Liability
Scout is provided 'as-is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or any inaccuracies in the information provided by the service.
SMS Terms
By messaging Scout, you agree to receive automated responses. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
